"This property is located up the hill so ensure you plan your day around the schedule of the funicular (trolley thing that transports you from the central area up to the hotel, which is next door to Monumento Al Pipila). The hotel does give you a complementary pass so you get priority and unlimited trips. We didn't find this to be an issue. We did have to take the callejones (side streets with stairs) up to the hotel in the evening. We never had an issue but it could be a risky area at night, even though there are cameras and lighting. Another minor thing is that we did have to wait to get into the hotel a couple evenings as there was no one at the desk and they locked the front door. Within 15 minutes someone did eventually come. The room was large, clean, and more quiet as you were a distance from the downtown area. The views from the room were amazing, as you could see the beautiful colours of Guanajuato! "

"Todo muy bien. Si scaso un poco ruidoso el a/c pero supongo es normal. No esta ubicado cerca del centro historico lo cual es un plus si viajas en automobil pues Gto es muy dificil de transitar en auto y mas si es grande."
