"It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served. "A unique hotel experience. The vestibules are richly decorated in several imaginative styles. You have to see to believe. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Within the hotel is the Kevin Bacon Thai Restaurant serving authentic thai food. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Close to trams and train station for travellers Rotterdam or nearby towns. "

"The manager on duty (his name starts with a G, apologies, I am terrible with names) was excellent, outstanding, and just amazing! Every establishment needs someone like that gentleman, the world will be in safe hands, and a happier place. "

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "Very quiet, clean and modern room (if a little small) and ensuite. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Very comfy bed and pillows. Free 24-hour tea and coffee. Very friendly staff. Tram stop opposite front door. Only negative was USB sockets by bed didn't work but plenty of plug sockets. "

"Fabulous location in the heart of the city. 10 minute walk from the Central train station. Our room was a good size and breakfast had a decent choice of continental items. If you opt to not have your room cleaned they will give you a voucher for a free drink in the bar. I would highly recommend this hotel :) "
