"Wonderful location in the Austrian alps. Very clean. Innervillgraten is a picturesque village that is only about 5-10 minutes away by car. It was fascinating watching the fields be tended to on the side of the mountains which seemed impossible to stand on."

"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

It was in yhe ceiling (photo attached) 2- No wifi given 3- no tv was at the room although it says in the hooking that there is a tv. 4- towels are so old and could not even use them! Photo attached. 5- i supposed to have connecting rooms with 2 king beds. I ended up in 2 rooms one with king and the second with 2 bunk beds. Also the door between the connecting room was squeaky. My son ended up sleeping in the floor in the same room with us. 6-...

"Very nice place to stay in the middle of the beautiful Alps. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious with a large living room and bathroom, that contains a small sauna. That's was really good experience. Apartment has a full kitchen including dishwasher and oven, that would be very useful for longer stay. And the view no doubts is wonderful. Hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was included. Not a very large choice, but for such a small hotel it was quite good."

"Wir waren an sich sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Personal ist hervorzuheben. Es gab aber ein paar Punkte die verbesserungswürdig bzw. ungewöhnlich sind. Es wird eine Pakrgebühr erhaben, das kenne ich für ganz normale Parkplätze vor dem Haus nicht. Bei einer Garage mag das angemessen sein. Wenn ich all in gebucht habe sollte ein Luchpaket enthalten sein, weil das Mittagessen ja auch kostenlos ist. Hier mussten 7,50 Euro gezahlt werden. Flaschen zum Getränke abfüllen wären praktisch. "Once we arrived, the provided key door was not working and I could not open apartment door, I contacted them they asked to come to their office which located 15 mins in city center by car. To re-active the keys."

"The unit I stayed in was spacious, newly renovated and bright with a great view. Convenient location to go skiing. Bus stop and grocery shopping is nearby. Most restaurants are about 700meters-1KM away. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended"
