"The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was great, but there were no English TV channels - only Croatian. There were no tea/coffee...

"This was the perfect place to stay in Split, just steps from the center of the old town and a very short walk to the harbor. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The concierges were all helpful and one of them, Ivan, helped me find and book the most amazing place to stay outside of Plitvice Park for our next stop. He called them personally to arrange a better price than what was on offer. Then he printed out detailed driving directions because we were strugging with out GPS. Over and...
