"I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "

"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"Good location, spacious rooms. About a 10 minute walk into town and right opposite the station. Quiet hotel, very quiet rooms. Didn’t love the interior upstairs much, felt very hospital like. Good view of the mountains. Big negative point was We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping to clean our room a single day besides on the 1st day when we asked a few times for someone to clear the bins. We mentioned the rest of the days before leaving for someone to clean but nothing was done...

"This hotel is unreal. Every room has a beautiful balcony overlooking either the mountains or the forest. The rooms are quiet and peaceful (amazing blackout curtains too) -- we got amazing sleep after very action-packed days. The breakfast included is extremely high quality, we loved it. Most of our evenings were spent at the hotel bar / lounge area drinking delicious dark beers from the bar and playing cards by the fire.
