"We only stayed one night, and arrived late, after 10:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the heating had not been switched on, and the room was very cold. Neither of slept well because of the cold, so I'm sorry to say we did not enjoy our stay. The room itself was very nice, clean, and the beds were good. The shower was excellent too."

We visited various parts of the reservoir and really enjoyed seeing the area around. The hotel was also walkable distance from the museum so it was good to be able to visit that, especially when it started to rain. "This is a lovely cosy B&B. The breakfast was brilliant (smoked salmon plus home made marmalade) and service excellent too. My room was very spacious, one small point - the bathroom was so hot, even though I turned off the towel rail socket the rail was still roasting. I can really recommend for business stays around Corby. I'd love to bring my wife here for a short stay to explore Rutland. "
