"Everything about this budget hotel was great. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, everywhere in the historic heart of Bursa was within a 30 minute walk, and there is a direct light rail to the bus station nearby. I had a nice sunny room with ensuite and felt very safe, plenty of eating options nearby as well."

"I have asked for extra fee for another person however room reserved and it was for 2 person. When i was checking the rates it was same price since room capacity was 2 person. I have not asked roll bed or anything like that however i been charged extra $40 dollars. "

"Otel kesinlikle resimlerde görüldüğü gibi değil. Banyosu tek kişilik, hatta kalıplı biri duş alırken dahi zorlanıyor. Çalışanlar cana yakın ve yardımsever. Hamamı kalabalıktan dolayı kullanamadım ve kahvaltı istemedim, bunlar hakkında yorum yapamam. Ama verdiğim paranın karşılığını alamadığımı düşünüyorum, çok daha iyi bir otelde kalınabilir. Termal dedikleri sadece duştan aka termal su, havuz veya benzeri hizmetleri yok. Ayrıca kablosuz net çok çok kötüydü, facebook'ta dahi gezinemezsiniz....
