"I felt compelled to write a review due to the conflicting emotions. The service from the staff - the ayi maid and the waiter/concierge - was absolutely first class. "This was a nice quaint place outside of Yangshuo town. The staff are very kind and helpful, though they had trouble finding my reservation (must say that you booked through Expedia despite using Hotels.com) The shuttle cart goes in and out of town about 4 or 5 set times which while not the most convenient is very helpful and free!
