"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"We stayed here for two nights before joining an escorted tour. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was most refreshing. As a bonus there was an excellent restaurant just over the road. "
