"This is a basic hotel that is clean and provides wifi and good bathroom facilities. It is located in the Hanau downtown area and provides good access to that area. It did not offer breakfast nor any means to make coffee in the room. That meant an early morning trip to the streets each day to find a wake-up cup of coffee. "The hotel room did not have any air conditioning that was stated as an amenity in the profile. The hotel manager did not accept any of my critisizm, and did not even offer any sympathy. I found hair on the bath room floor and a bottle cap under the bed. The TV remote did not work. There is no elevator from the parking at the back of the hotel, only inside the from the enterance and lobby to the rooms. The hotel rooms are simple and functional. The staff was nice but none of them speaked English...

"This is a fantastic place to stay. The room was warm and welcoming. Really nicely presented throughout the whole of the hotel. Food in the restaurant was simply outstanding. I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really could not ask for more and will definitely stay here again when I am working in the area again."
