"I stayed during Art Basel and I liked its location as it was so easy to get to the fair (7 minutes by train and the station is right outside the hotel but hardly any noise). Staff members were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. One thing to point out is that I didn't see a safe in the room. I am definitely coming back to stay here next year. "This is a really nice hotel situated a 5 minute downhill walk from the train station and about ten minute slow walk from the centre of town. Staff were friendly, bedroom and all public areas were immaculately presented and its well situated for a twenty minute walk to the Feldschollsen brewery where you can go on a brewery tour. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends travelling through Basel as it is an easy 18minute train drive."

"Quirky place high up in the mountains. Beautiful setting. Great breakfast and good sizes rooms, however the walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbours at all hours. We didn’t get much of a lie in! Our shower was luke warm and not very powerful. "
