Caroline greeted us at the desk and couldn’t have been more helpful making sure we were able to sort out our parking. She was so friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely, clean and smart hotel. "We were welcomed by zoe on reception who was friendly and engaging. Quicky given our room key and went to our room. The decor is a little dated but the room was spacious and warm. The bed was huge and comfy so what more could you ask for. We had breakfast which was buffet style and eat as much as you wanted. The best thing about this hotel has to be the view over Chesil beach which is amazing. We would have no hesitation staying again. "
