Our room was modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable (I might be too tall for the shower though). No issues except on one instance we detected cigarette smoke from possibly an adjacent room. "Overall the Hotel was fantastic. Train comes right in front so access to transportation couldn’t be better. Bed could be a bit softer. Hard as rock!"

"The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."

"The staff at Hotel Diana were wonderful and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was a lovely spread of a European continental breakfast with meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, and fruits. The staff kept it well stocked and clean throughout the breakfast service. They surrounding area of the hotel had a wonderful view - we enjoyed watching the sunset from the hotel the evenings that we were here. Would definitely recommend it to others and return for another stay! "

"Good communication from the hotel. We arrived late and check in was very easy to get our key from the locker. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was lovely and warm and clean. The room was serviced daily and the maids made cute shapes with our pajamas which the kids loved. Breakfast was great and kept well stocked during busy periods. Thank you for a lovely family stay. "
