"A beautiful building in a stunning location, but sadly there was a mix up with my booking and as it was Sunday there was no one on-site, fortunately checking my email I find the key code but no key inside. I used the phone number quoted and eventually got told a room number and I used what I now know was a master key so when I opened the room I was told to use it was already occupied, luckily the lady wasn’t actually in the room! "Totally amazing stay for families in every way! Beautiful decor, super thoughtful touches everywhere you look, amazing play areas and delicious homestyle food. Only drawback is the scary narrow winding mountain road to get there, which makes it difficult to get anywhere else - luckily it was so nice that we didn't really want to leave the hotel anyways!"

"Outstanding service and accommodations! 1.Tremendous Resturant and Cocktail Bar! 2. Breakfast was delicious 3. Extremely convenient for skiing, as the front desk can print off a ski pass for you, the Bus stop for the Ski-Bus is literally right outside the front door of the hotel. Hotel also has a Ski Storage room with plenty of mondern Boot Dryers. 4. Sauna was very clean and relaxing! 5. Convenient Parking behind the hotel."
