"A beautiful building in a stunning location, but sadly there was a mix up with my booking and as it was Sunday there was no one on-site, fortunately checking my email I find the key code but no key inside. I used the phone number quoted and eventually got told a room number and I used what I now know was a master key so when I opened the room I was told to use it was already occupied, luckily the lady wasn’t actually in the room! "Great stay! They really went out of their way to take care of guests. Really enjoyed the pool after a long day of hiking. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and a huge breakfast spread. Highly recommend and would stay there again! "

"Totally amazing stay for families in every way! Beautiful decor, super thoughtful touches everywhere you look, amazing play areas and delicious homestyle food. Only drawback is the scary narrow winding mountain road to get there, which makes it difficult to get anywhere else - luckily it was so nice that we didn't really want to leave the hotel anyways!"
