Right outside my unit were old railings and furniture which could be removed and area cleared of debris, but overall the property was great. "Local hotel with nice accommodations. Nothing "Fancy" but has what you need for comfort. Grocery store in walking distance to pick up what you may need. Walkable to Ferry(Travel to Virgin Gorda) & Pier Park where cruise ships come in so plenty of shops, restaurants etc. No Beach in this area so Travel to one is inconvenient...no local bus service, but always possible :)Taxi service is EXPENSIVE. Pool was not available (not cleaned), maybe because of Hurricane Ernesto. I enjoyed my stay!"

"This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately our trip started on "the wrong foot". There was a water outage which was quickly dealt with (pipe burst). But we were told the water was back on in our unit but when we arrived after running around the island for the day, it was still off. It did get resolved. I would say that for the price I paid, I was expecting good water pressure with hot water. I would call the water at best warm but did not get hot. Water pressure was less than...

"Our 1st night, 6/2-6/3. the staff was not expecting us. someone was in half of our villa, one couple had to sleep on the couch. Alberto did his best to make us comfortable. The 6/10-6/11, again the villa was not ready for us. Conrad did his best. The property was clean beautiful, we enjoyed very much!"
