"Hotel Zenitude is a really good apart hotel in a lovely town. A short walk uphill to the centre of Beziers. Very clean and comfortable , large bathroom. Very quiet with a nice view from balcony. All front of house people friendly and very informative. Only complaint was that the hot rings in the kitchen didn’t work properly "

They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "
