"The hotel staff was nice but the bed has bed bug they had to change me to another room. I will not recommend it to anyone I did not had good sleep after I found out the bed bug even they change me to another room."

"There was a bad smell in the room was so strong like chemical made me sick to my stomach. I. Had to sleep Slider open to air it. Toilets were not clean air condition was not adequate. Bed was not comfortable. Bed bugs in both our bed and my daughter bed we could feel them biting us. It was awful "

"I paid 2 nights & tax by the Expedia,but when I been to the property,they said:we have no business with Expedia & we didn’t get no conformation from Expedia.They said:I need to pay again the local currency again,I was shock & my holiday was spoil.No A/C,no cleanness,promise & paid for breakfast,reality no breakfast.I been traveling all over Tunisia last 13 years never had this kind of nasty experience."
