They provide 2 each of basic cutlery but no knives or a cutting board. No toaster, no microwave. Has a jacuzzi tub, with no hot water. The place is cold and has no heater. No hangers or iron in the closet, no shelves in the closet. There are two drawers that work, the rest are fake. Shower head is broken in...

During my stay of nine days they have cleaned my room just once and came back to clean on the last day i told them to get lost i dont neec cleaning. Horrible food in small plastic bags no plates no spoons i have our whatsapp chat for everything if you want i can forward ,just look at the times i have askedthem to clean my room they would say 11 oclock then 3 o clock then tomorrow and during my stay...
