"Loved it BUT we did not know we were staying on the less elegant, cheaper side of the hotel. We thought it was all the grand place. Service on our side not as good. No concierge. Used concierge on fancy side but not around much, need more hours. Long walk from our hotel area to the spa and nicer part of hotel. The spa was great. The restaurants on the nicer side very pretty. Location nice. No one gave us a rundown of town/sites. We almost missed the historical Spa 1 next door! Bar did not stay...

"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. Also, everyone is EXTREMELY unfriendly, almost rude. Even if there is absolutely no prior information, when you arrive at the hotel they charge for...

"Das Zimmer bot fast alles was wichtig ist. Bei diesen hohen Temperaturen (über 30 Grad ) wäre vielleicht ein Ventilator nicht schlecht gewesen. Das Fenster ließ sich zwar öffnen, aber bei diesen Temperaturen nicht wirklich hilfreich. Vielleicht wäre auch eine Klimaanlage vernünftig. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr gut."

"Absolutely lovely hotel. Location was perfect, right next to the main shopping area. Attached restaurant was delicious and a decent price. We took the bus up from Prague (about 2 hours) and walked to the hotel (about 15 minutes) all flat and easy to navigate. Fully recommended!!"
