"The room service staff need to be trained in room cleaning protocol, use of tools for saperate space in the room. The room had a poor odour even after cleaning staff did their job, room decor and furniture has to revamped to give a fresh good feel. The price is a good driver, some training of the staff will help improve the stay experience."

Taking a shower after a long flight and a warm weather makes a world of difference to your comfort level. The room is nicely appointed, clean and designed with care. The hotel conveniently offers currency exchange for travelers and their hotel is near the must see places in Recoleta such as the Cemetery, and El Ateneo Bookstore. There are plenty of stores...

Super comfortable beds and pillows, amazing shower with fantastic water pressure, quick service when I asked for an extra towel, front desk was helpful in telling us where to eat close by, centrally located to everything or you can easily snag an Uber right by the front door. I was sad to leave and wish we could have stayed another couple of days in Buenos Aires!"
