Aunque la comida esta OK el servicio de los restorans es PÉSIMO. Camareros sin la más mínima idea del trabajo. Esos que se pasan la pelota sacándose de encima el problema sin ninguna intención de atender a la gente. Con solo dos opciones (restoran/bar principal y un bar de pileta) sos medio eslavo. Ambos dos NO SABEN atender gente. Las comandas se les pierden, tu plato va a cualquier mesa y estas una hora literalmente (no en una, sino en dos comidas en un mismo fin de semana) esperando platos de niños (tostados, milanesas con papas fritas, etc). Un desastre.

Era un lugar desconocido,para nosotros, pro la pasamos bien,no me parece que se cobre aparte porl uso delas atas y el spa a cuando uno se aloja en el hotel, restaurante muy bueno

Buen hotel hace falta mejorar algunas cosas
Muy lindo hotel, tal vez le hace falta un poco de mejora en la limpieza de los pisos de las habitaciones y mejor mantenimiento del agua de la pileta, la falta de personal en un hotel de esta categoria promedia para abajo, no obstante las instalaciones son muy comodas y agradables.

El portal de Hoteles.com seguía teniendo disponibilidad pero cuando llegamos a Lujan no tenían más habitaciones así que tuvimos que ir a la habitación preparada para personas "con capacidades diferentes", por lo que el baño resultaba incómodo para ducharse.
