"We had an amazing stay at Ruhondo. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, particular mention to Jana 😊. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. We had a lovely walk/hike along the lakeside and up into the village together with a gaggle of local children - more and more joined us as we walked 😊. The location is very peaceful and I would thoroughly recommend "

"I booked a small single room which was perrfectly adequate for my needs. The wifi was challenging, but the reception worked on it and got it to work for me. Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was good, and they were open to fix us something not on the menu. Its located off the main road outside of the town center, but is still a walkable distance from the business centers. "

Det som annonseras på hotels.com är inte det verkliga snow Hotel. Bilden stämmer ej, faciliteterna stämmer ej. Vi fick boka och betala ett rum på plats, trevlig personal och ok standard för priset. "

"deze lodge bestaat niet, het is een frauduleuze onderneming waarbij foto's van andere lodges worden gebruikt en waarbij gasten die zogenaamd geboekt hebben én betaald aan hotels.com, door een dubieuze "lodge manager" ter plaatse naar een andere lodge worden verwezen (met argument dat zijn lodge, Twin Lakes, onverwacht volzet is, en waarbij de gast opnieuw moet betalen aan deze lodge.
