Staff are very accommodating and when my bus home was cancelled, the staff bent over backwards to make me feel welcome to stay until it was time to leave."

"The staff were fantastic in helping us. We had booked a triple room with 3 beds and arrived to a room with one King bed. They do not have triple rooms but quickly opened an adjoining room and set up the 2 rooms with 3 beds for us. They were very accommodating and acted quickly to fix the problem. "
