"Ho pernottato solo una notte nella struttura e, anche se la zona non è delle migliori, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con il taxi dalla stazione centrale. "A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"We were given a room with no view of the ocean at check in, even though I was sold an ocean view room. It appears many of the rooms at the hotel have their view obstructed by a building in front. The front desk originally objected, but we were finally given a new room after waiting for an hour and it had a better view. "

Bed and pillows were pretty good but they definitely need to replace or flip mattress from body indents. Bathroom large with all you need. Very happy to have a kettle and note if there are no tea cups in your room, there is a large cupboard beside the common room that has small cups you can use.
