"Traditional hotel with a fabulous seafront location. The room and bathroom were a good size. Very comfortable bed. We opted for an upgraded sea view room which was lovely… but if you’re a light sleeper br prepared for both hovercrafts starting up at 6am!! Good selection for breakfast. "

Excellent staff and having breakfast included in the room rate was much appreciated. Would stay again and would recommend to others. Not many facilities, but we didn't miss that, as there are lots of places to go for a meal or a drink."

"I was pleasantly surprised at this little gem of a hotel situated very close to Gunwharf Quay and local transport services, the room was exceptionally clean, great shower, very comfortable bed and perfect pillow. At breakfast I had perfectly poached eggs, great bacon and decent sausages, coffee from the pot was very nice. I will defistay here again and at almost half the price of the local chains it represents very good value. Great 👍"

Paid for room on Hotels.com and got the best rate compared to other apps. I was asked to leave a credit card number and stated it was policy for charging items to room. Bedroom was clean and fresh with windows open (November 2024). But a very squeaky bed. Comfortable but very noisy. No aircon. Very small panel electric heater. And old...
