"Hotel staff very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Location to the U-bahn was excellent as well as the proximity to shops and cafes. One negative, the tea, coffee and sugar were not replenished after the first night. "

"The hotel rooms are compact however very modern and clean. Hotel is located so close to a subway station which is easy transport to the landmarks of Berlin. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Great location, close to the train station. Close to everything actually, walkable distance to main attractions. The property itself is clean, quiet, and the staff is courteous and respectful. The breakfast is fully packed with fresh and delicious foods. The big bus stop is with in 2 minutes, (we utilized this to go to all of the attractions)I highly recommend to stay here. "

"Great room with a view, I upgraded by paying extra. The hotel is beautiful, just across from the Berlin Main Station, very convenient. Great sauna and spa, Beautiful bar. Only problem is the lack of a restaurant for dinner."

"Decent stay with nice breakfast. Would prefer not to get wet every day from children playing waterbombs at the swimming pool and screaming. Other than that, good service. "

"Swimming facilities are excellent. Although the lack of food options could be better. Very expensive to dine. No kids option for the buffet dinner, and not much vegetarian options for main meal. Overall a very pricey buffet dinner at sawadee. "

"The hotel was excellent. Great location. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Location excellent. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast especially range of fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs benedict and omelette which were delicious. . Only negatives were Room was very warm and hot self serve food,although tasty, was cold. All in all would stay again and recomend to friends and family. Lovely stay. "
