"Booked this as a stopover on the way back to UK from Italy and boy did we fall lucky. We stayed in a lodge in the grounds and it was comfortable, clean and larger than we expected. "Stunning little house with French imperial history. Received warmly by the lady at reception who suggested that I park my bike in the quad, even though the town of 2000 inhabitants is very safe.
