Especially when I left an item in my room post-check out, when I came back to the reception later that day, they had it ready for me, I didn't even have to ask!"

We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know. Staff very honest thank you. We would happily return. "

"A clean comfortable motel room in an area with few options. The welcome was good, friendly and the room had all I needed with no highway noise that I noticed. Good accessibility from the motorway in either direction and handy to Hornsby, Mt Wilga Rehab., and Coles Asquith. I would stay here again."
