"The staff was so nice! Really nice property convenient, with shopping and restaurants near by. It was usually quiet except when a couple of kids' sports teams were there. I dont know what happens to the parents, but i did call the front desk on loud kids in the hall about 10:15 pm"

"This location has a significant plumbing issue. We arrived late in the evening and were thankfully only staying one night or we would have had to find another place. Anytime any water source was turned on there was an overwhelming sulfur smell that permeated the entire place. The water had a noticeable brown tinge to it. "The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again."
