"When entering the hotel the front desk was not manned you had to call a number on a poster which was the same for checking out. The hotel was cold with random space heaters running in the hallway. The room was ice cold and the floors where uncomfortably cold. It took hours for the heat in the room to get it to a bearable level. The tile floor at the entrance and bathroom never warmed.
