We chose this hotel primarily because of the pool, which we confirmed was operational a day before our arrival. To our disappointment, the pool was closed when we arrived. I have two daughters, aged 13 and 6, who were eagerly looking forward to swimming. Although we used the hot tub, they much preferred the pool. This was a significant letdown...
