"Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

The extra charges per person after two persons were not listed anywhere on hotels.com so I will tell you here 50 euros per child 50 euros per adult each after two people in the room so it makes the price of the room about 300 euros per night. "Had a lovely stay and the outside of this hotel is very pretty. Was having a big extension built and in the morning, we were woken up by someone doing pipe or elctrical work above our room, not best pleased at 8.15am in the morning. Aside from this, the satff were lovely and we had a beautful dinner in the hotel restaurant, home made schnitzel - was delicious. Only used as a stop hotel on our way tot he Stelvio Pass so location was perfect"
