What I liked is that it was very quiet outside our room, so having the windows open on a hot night wasn't a problem. And in contrast to many hotels, while they had a duvet on the bed, they also provided a very light blanket, so it wasn't an all or nothing covering situation. And they had extra pillows. "We booked this hotel for one night when on a road trip through Switzerland, the check-in was smooth, the staff were very polite and helpful. We booked the Royal Double Room with views of the valley, which was spectacular! The room was very nice, cosy and clean, with a large TV (which has international channels), a mini-bar which is reasonably priced. "Great hotel with a really cosy atmosphere and great location right next to Place Centrale. Staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Restaurant was good if busy (need to book ahead) and rooms were comfortable. Only area for improvement would be to install a heated boot rack."
