"SStaff and the location are wonderful. It just happened. This hotel is in the center of a very active neighborhood. I travel with my mother, so it was hard for me to explain the and few women waiting on the street. it’s still a very safe area inmy opinion."

"It was a nice stay. The property fits more hostel rules but has separate rooms for each guest party. Nice staff at the front desk. Food was ok but a little too expensive for what was included ( or maybe we just hit the wrong date/time). Careful with garage parking if you have a big car. As in many places in Europe everything is small . Close to public transportation. During the summer buses run free of charge. "

"Its very close to the airport and the hotel has frequent free shuttle to and from the airport. They also gave a free city pass to cover all public transportation in Geneva The staff and services were very good. "

"Good property. Room not largest but ok. Situated in red light area and drug users. Ok once got to the main road. Old town boat ride or walk away."

"Room was in excellent condition. We didn’t use the restaurant, it was close to the centre. Unfortunately we received an email the day before arrival informing us there was works going on which meant the car park wasn’t available, which was one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel. There was a car park 200 yards down the road that was cheaper to park in than the one they recommended."

"TV didn't work and was not fix it even after reporting multiple times. Air-conditioning couldn't be adjusted and couldn't change the settings below 21 deg Celsius. So we were sweating all night and couldn't get good sleep. "

"Second time I e stayed at this hotel. Staff are lovely and helpful, rooms immaculately clean and modern. Two minute walk from main train station so hugely convenient and less than a ten minute walk to the lake. Would completely recommend again! "
