"The property is fine and the facilities are good. The parking seems safe and is convenient, but the spaces marked for the Holiday Inn were very full. The spaces marked for Miller and Carter were available but it was not clear if it was ok to park there. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. "This is an excellent hotel. Modern, stylish and located right in the heart of Exeter. For Americans who might not know: you can't actually take a taxi or drive right into the city center. Several blocks around the cathedral and in the district are pedestrian-only. So you get dropped off a couple of blocks from the property and have to walk the rest of the way. But it's still worth it: this hotel had great service, good amenities, and is worth it."

"Lovely views and gardens fabulously building inside and out. Sorry to say the breakfast was lawful l was not late for breakfast but no hot food everything was empty except cold Tomatoes half cook cold scrambled egg l though they would put more food out but no. No cups No cutlery tryed to make tea no milk. When my family came down they had the same exact the same experience. I don't feel it was the staff's fault as they seam to be under staffed. This is my second visit we loved everything else...
