"Although check in took a long time, the staff were very helpful and the location was great for the airport as long as you are happy to pay the extra EUR5 per person for the transfer bus which was very regular and on time. "The hotel is in a brilliant location for Stressa itself and for the boats to the Islands. The hotels interior is very Palatial, we expected it to be some what Palatial it was vastly more than we expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was lovely."
