"The AC never got cold even on the lowest setting. On the main area there was a strong smell, like garbage and it was there for over a day even though they came to clean the room, no one bothered to empty the trash, the smell was so bad it came into our room. The hotel is in a good area, we felt safe but far from the touristy area and the walk to the train station was long, it was hard to get UBER there so we had to walk several times. "

"We spent two nights here while we were on the Camino. It was very popular with pilgrims. The rooms were very clean comfortable and quiet. The hotel has a pool and bar which offer excellent bar food as an alternative to the restaurant. The bar staff offered outstanding service. "

"This hotel does was it says on the tin. It is definitely a 3 star and I miss the tea/coffee facilities in the room! There are no spare plug sockets to charge electrical items. We were lucky and got given a room on the 4th floor which had a balcony. This hotel is very close to the old part of Braga and so extremely convenient. Breakfast is basic and choice is limited but it is fine to start the day. Parking is very limited however there is a public car park close by and relatively cheap."
