Not 5 because: -There's zero reason for them to charge for parking because it's in the middle of a giant parking lot, but the receptionist said they will tow if you don't pay. There is a Hilton Homewood Suites right in the middle of the same parking field that doesn't charge. -There's no Netflix or other streaming options on the TV, just DirectTV. -They only have super-soft feather type pillows so if you like head support, you are out of luck. "I didn't expect the apartment was located by a railroad track and a dog compound. the folding chair when I sat down was already broken and I fell on the floor, I didn't expect that renovation was going on at other apartments in the complex. I would say the apartment served my needs, but I would not book it next time"
