"The Panorama Suites in Fira Greece turned out to be the best hotel out of 3 on a recent trip to Greece. Situated on the cliffs overlooking the volcanic islands and ocean gave us a perfect view every day. Our room was quite large with a private patio and hot tub just outside our door. Bed was very comfortable, all staff were especially accommodating and friendly and the entire place is kept very clean. It wasn't a minus to us, but if you have trouble with steps you might want to call to try to...

"Imposible to shower, extemely small , water splashes all over. Door pushes floor mat , it is worthless for its purpose. Taking a shower was a nightmare.Personal was extremely friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel is quaint and vintage but pretty clean. We are a family of 5 with three small children ages 1,3, and 5 and we all fit confortably in the family room. My kids loved the wading pool which was small but perfect for their size. The one year old couldnt touch the bottom but my 3 and 5 year old could. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the tour. The front desk receptionist said my kids could do most of the tour except maybe the volcano. DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL TOUR IF YOU HAVE SMALL...
