Apparently there is a 4-digit code to enter. Again, I don’t remember reading about that on your website. In any case, surely that 4-digit code should be texted or emailed to guests prior to their arrival. So, my initial impression of the hotel was not good. "Beginning to look a bit tired but otherwise all good. Very welcoming of our dogs as it was pre-Crufts. Biggest gripe was size of pillow in otherwise comfortable bed; they are tiny and there is only one each."
