The property is definitely a three star but I can confidently say they are working in it as we speak. The owners bought the property about one year ago and are continuing to upgrade it. "Hotel was good overall, but everything in the bathroom was rough, for example the shower head would stay up, and the sink was handle was extremely stiff. Also I could hear everything around me, like people walking up the stairs. "

Christmas was in full swing with the most beautiful trees,lights and decor everywhere. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast we’ve had in Italy yet. "Excellent property and the jacuuzi was a big plus. The only downside was the outside light on the decking above the hot tub wasn't working. The service was amazing, complimentary water given in the room and one for the road. Would definitely return here, worth being further out of lake como for the views alone. "
