"I had to make a quick detour to Cleveland for a family emergency and arrived at almost midnight. I reached out to the hotel and they had a friendly shuttle driver to me in 10 minutes. The room was clean and very comfortable with the best variety of pillows I’ve had in some time. (Very important!) The next day I again grabbed a last minute shuttle to my rental car. "I thought that our room was not cleaned well at all. There were hairs in the bathroom and debris on the floor throughout the room. There was no soap for the bathroom sink, no extra toilet paper, and no regular coffee packets in the kitchenette area. I would still consider staying here again because of the convenient location, but I would look around for other options first."
