"This was our second stay here - we stayed 5 years ago, so it was just as good as last time. I think we had the same superior room which overlooked the road. Great size, very bright and airy (it had 2 large floor to ceiling windows), and nice bathroom (amazingly powerful shower) This hotel is quite quirky, so if you like one of those non descript hotels that are clean and modern without any character, then this is probably not the place for you. Complimentary coffee and water in reception area, soaps and hand cream amenities were good quality, the variety of breakfast menu items was excellent. The rooms were clean. "Loved this property for our Lisbon stay, nice walkable area with trolley stop outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful plus a nice breakfast each day. We would have appreciated 2 chairs in room, but there is an area to sit in lobby. Will definitely book this hotel again. 😀"
