"First off, the night manager was friendly and incredibly helpful. We got in very late and she was amazing. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. My only knock is the "suite" was not a separate room. It was a curtain that separated the bed from the sofa so if someone was watching the one tv, YOU were also watching whether you liked it or not. The picture was a bit misleading. The kitchen was impressive though. Full fridge, microwave and dishwasher which we didn't even need for a weekend...

"Ciara and Amy at the front desk were very nice and personable! Helped me to set up my next stay! Room was very clean and well taken care of by a sweet young lady (I did not get her name) but left her a tip with note. The manager was also very pleasant. The only dislike we had, was having to pay for parking. $10 a day. For those of us that are seniors and have to get to UVA hospital with an overnight stay, do not appreciate the extra add on. Overall an A stay! "
