"Room was spacious. Staff were helpful. They even provide wake-up call for Aurora sighting. Although unfortunately it was cloudy that night. It was within walking diatance of groceries, resturants and ither stores."

"Best thing about this hotel is the aurora calling service, was able to view the aurora while our stay, love the view since it’s a lake at the back of the hotel and make it easier to take aurora photos there. Towels not so clean and housekeeping did not check the shower gel bottles as it was empty when we checked in. Staffs are helpful to give us extra bottle of shower gel to use, overall still recommend for this hotel."

Our issue was that the hotel does not keep staff in the reception unless you call them to tell them you’re coming. I don’t know about you but if I book a hotel and I don’t show up, I’ll get charged.
