We waited for more than an hour, and had to phone several times, before delivery was made, despite being promised initially that it would take at the most 40 minutes. The food was cold. The reception staff were highly professional and friendly."

"It is a convenient hotel for visiting the University of Pretoria. They also have small conference/workshop facilities. The rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds. It is a large hotel, so breakfast and dinner times are busy at the restaurant. The buffet selection for both meals is good. Gym is available across the road in the shopping mall. Pool is not really a proper one- it is a tiny dip pool, no swimming is possible and it is also not heated. Staff is friendly. Overall, it was a good...
