Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. "The place is clean in general but now they are no longer making it a priority to maintain the place. I arrived and the room had pillow cases not ironed and the duvet cover was torn from inside. Early in the morning there was no water at all. Had to ask for a bucket and get water outside from the main tap to bath which was cold."
