"The actual hotel was ideal for my requirements....the right location for what I had in mind. However sadly the free breakfast confirmed to me in the original pricing 6 months ago apparently shouldn't of been included. Despite having the original email print off from hotels.com, the hotel advised me that their records showed breakfast wasn't included. The moral of the story is apparently the customer isn't always right and don't believe everything sent to you in print by hotels.com , You've been...

"The hotel was a bit dated but ok. Not really worth the price for the room. There were better options nearby that were better value for the cost. The location was ok and thw Wi-Fi was good. There were a couple of English options on the TV which was a bonus given other places did not have any. The breakfast was ok, more continental. You could walk to the Plaza del 24 Sep."

"The breakfast was great and the small gym with treadmill, weights, and other equipment was a really nice treat. We had a change of plans and needed our room for one less day than we thought and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They also let us store our bags for almost 24 hours. The only negative was that the room we booked was not ready so they downgraded us to a different one, it was still fine but not what we had been promised on...

"Good location. Building is new. Security is good. Condo unit is spacious for 2 people. Quiet environment. Responsive and reliable owner. Air-conditioning in bedroom only which is still acceptable. "
