"We stopped over in santa cruz for one night only. The room was quite small and there were no plugs to charge our devices. Had to unolug the lamp. Not ideal for travellers who need to charge up."

"Excelente ubicación respecto al centro y el personal resultó muy gentil. Lo escogí porque era el de menor precio, entre los que quedaban disponibles, pero no me faltó nada. Lo mejorable: mi habitación no tenia teléfono y eche de menos alguna fruta o jugo en el desayuno. Lo muy positivo es que tiene piscina en buen estado."

"The hotel is nice and clean and in a perfect location. The impressive collection of wood sculptures gives the hotel a great personality. The personnel is outstanding; friendly and really doing all their best for the guests. After staying there once, we returned and were treated even better; hence, it became our "headquarter" for whenever we visit Bolivia."

"service was great. Arrived begire 5 am and the lady at the counter gave me a room on the third floor, away from the rest, so I could sleep with no interruptions. Also provides me a bottle of water for a free. Rooms are on the small size, but clean and bed was comfortable. breakfast was provided but it was very simple: coffee, tea, bread and fruits. Many of the staff speak English and you will find travelers from different countries hanging out in different areas of the building. "
