"The staff, location, and appearance are great. The showers are extremely dangerous. The way they are configured to be "step up and in" as well as porcelain without heel grips makes them deadly to the elderly. Furthermore, the soap dispenser, while very convenient, can leak directly onto the porcelain creating even more dangerous conditions. This must be corrected or someone will be severely hurt."

"We requested 2 single beds as travelling with my son. When got our room there was a double bed with 2 duvets. We asked about 2 single beds and was told it was a bed for 2 people!
